Idgaf about a lot of things labeled underage/loli/shota. Like your "14 year old" shounen manga protagonist that looks and acts 25, or 1000 year old "loli" who looks 8 but acts like an adult woman because she is one, idgaf. Especially in anime where characters can be 12 or 22 or 22222 and be drawn the same because lol cartoons and sameface.

But as soon as a character ACTS like a believable child, fucking NOPE. Even if they're a 50 year old that got reverted mentally to 12 or something if they're acting believably 12, fucking N O P E. I don't even want to read gen or read/watch canons about actual children who act like children and only have the mental capacity of children.

I find "he's 35 but somehow reverted mentally to 15 but we still ship it" way more gross than "she looks 15 but she's 35". Fandom doesn't seem to agree with me though. Especially slash fandom
