I am excited for it but I'm also one of those freaks that actually liked a lot of the DCU under Zack. DC has always had a weird experimental edge where they try whacky shit so whatever Gunn does, it will be different from anything else we've seen. FWIW I think he has a good handle on storytelling and character work so this may be the best Superman movie we've gotten in a while.
