I'm sorry nonny. I wish there was something I can do to help. Know that you're not alone. I have my own fears of seeking for professional help. I feel stuck/behind in life. My own family brings on all sorts of stresses too.

OP thanks you for that. I get told how unvaluable and useless I am as a human by my relative every week.
I have a dermatology appointment today but I can't seem to make my way into the shower to get ready. I want to cancel. My stomach is also a bit uneasy and I have to take two buses to the doctor. :(
