As someone who just came home after driving in crazy traffic with people who can't drive, yes. Yes please.

I think if people would put away their damn phones that would solve a big part of the problem, but people are dumb and addicted so it's never going to happen.

I lived in a town with HORRIBLE drivers and it was the late 80's so very few people even had cell phones.

Well, then that leaves the problem of people who know but just don't give a fuck. They know they should use their turn signal and they know they shouldn't cut off folks 50 feet before the stoplight and that they shouldn't bottleneck or rubberneck but fuck everyone else because only *their* time and schedule matter.
