IMO, it's nonsense. I can see why people have fun with it, but I've got mixed feelings about how harmless it is. So many people say they don't really believe it and it's just goofing around but weirdly enough, their words are hard to distinguish from the people who sincerely believe in it. I feel like one contributes to the other.

I'm not into pseudoscience in general, though. A lot of people say it's harmless. I say, not to the people wasting money on astrological services or fortune-telling or communicating with the dead.
