Definitely not just you. I've never read the book, I only saw the musical because family dragged me along, and I saw the movie a month ago while on vacation because my mom wanted to see it and brought the dvd on the trip. The musical's fine, though given my choice I'd choose others to spend my money on. Same with the movie, it was fine, but I've got other movies I'd rather rewatch. *shrug*
