PT/chiropractor question
I've taken a muscle relaxor and am a small bit better. At least feeling a little hungry. Laying in bed helps. But honestly, today really freaked me out. And I'm wondering if I need to find a new therapist.

(Anonymous) 2025-05-29 11:08 pm (UTC)(link)That being said, I am also not a fan of chiropractors in general so if my PT or doctor recommended me to one I'd be raising a brow at that too.
I'm sorry you're in so much pain though, even if it's "part of the healing process" (which I doubt) it still sucks.

(Anonymous) 2025-05-30 12:04 am (UTC)(link)I mean, I'm rehabbing a torn ACL and meniscus, I have days where my leg gives out on me but I can still function. My PT has always said that if even my weak little at-home stretches hurt, I should immediately stop them and notify her so we can find something better. If the chiro's response is more like "well yeah it should hurt, deal with it," fuck them.
