I only watched a bit of the show because my flatmate grew up near where some of it was filmed and wanted to see if he could recognize anything. I’m not really one for this sort of immersive mystery, but I did enjoy the visuals.

And I learned that it’s set in a fictional US state, which is sort of unusual and interesting, I think.

excepting the mountains in the far background (which aren't huge like the Rockies??) that looks like both Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Michigan, and Ohio in the winter. with the mountains it definitely looks like Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, and east-of-the-Cascades Washington and Oregon. like, how does it not look like the US?

even funnier! yeah, it's not like the east coast or New England states don't get snow, but I guess people unfamiliar with NA geography don't know how much of it isn't city.

Yeah, I am not a big fan of season 2, but it is so so pretty
