YEAH
Like... I mean I AM a furry at least to some degree, but the thing about Disney's Robin Hood is I don't think you HAVE to be to have had a crush on him. He's just CHARMING! Especially for kid crushes, where like... you don't have to even CONSIDER sexual attraction, it's all about 'is this character cool, is this character kind, is this character fun to watch and to think about?'. And then when you're older and you DO want to limit your crushes to your own species, you know... you can pick a human version of Robin Hood.
