Do you think this is specific to Bargain Hunt? Or does Antiques Roadshow draw from the same population?

I feel as if turning it into a competition to make a profit draws venal people and wanting to be on TV draws attention whore people.

I am a collector and doing either of those things sicks me out, honestly.

Yeah, I asked about Antiques Roadshow above because those are exactly the things I so dislike about Bargain Hunt. AR must also attract people who want to be on TV, but it’s much more low-key, so I was curious if there have been as many revealed bastards over there.
