A lot immigration lawyers avoid court, but I actually love it. With affirmative filings, you can only file an application and then hope it gets approved. Generally the process is the process, there is only a little wiggle room. In court I can make arguments both on paper and in person, I can make the case for my client. And while it can be very difficult, the wins are super rewarding.
