I genuinely like helping customers, even the grumpy ones. In my time in customer service not a single asshole customer walked away still mad, and I never had to call a manager or offer free stuff or whatever. I just like helping people be happy.

I find customer service challenging, I admire and envy my FOH coworkers who it comes naturally to and the ones who have fun chatting with the customers. A great skill not everyone has for sure!
