Agreed. If you're reviewing something and talking about the gameplay or mechanics, you'd better be playing on normal mode because that's how the developers intended for the game to be played by the vast majority of players and so that's going to be the most accurate reflection of the gameplay.

And I'm saying this as someone who always sets games on the hardest setting.
