(Anonymous) 2025-06-24 02:00 am (UTC)(link)Otherwise, maybe just try to work a little more standing into your routine and build up very slowly and carefully. Have very comfy shoes while you do this or an anti-fatigue foot mat or both, when you stand.

(Anonymous) 2025-06-24 02:47 am (UTC)(link)You might want to try looking up exercises aimed towards people who aren't very mobile, i.e. chair exercises or something like that, just to start off. Then re-evaluating proper footwear for when you do move around is a good idea. The older I get, the less I'm able to tolerate cheap shoes. It makes my feet sore, and also makes my back hurt.
