Sex work

(Anonymous) 2025-07-02 01:29 am (UTC)(link)
I am an adult, bisexual woman who has had fantasies of being dommed by another woman her whole adult life. I've dabbled in diluted BDSM before with romantic partners, but nothing has quite scratched that itch. So I have three, possibly very naive questions...
1. Is this something a type of sex worker could do for me?
2. I'm terrified of getting in legal trouble so is there a way around that? And finally
3. Is even entertaining the thought morally wrong?
2.

1. In big cities, yes.
2. Maybe go to a country where it is legal. Alternatively, just find a casual partner that can do it for you. There are kink dating sites.
3. No.

1. Yes
2. It depends on where you are, but there should be somewhere relatively near by where it's legal. For instance, Nevada if you're in the states.
3. No.

There's at least one comm on Reddit where you could ask active sex workers about this, and I'd assume they'd be helpful. There used to be some great ones on Tumblr, but after one of the anti-sex content purges there, most of the ones I learned practical things from quit the site in disgust. And other sites have a similarly bad reputation for chasing them off when moral crusaders throw tantrums about their presence.

That said, with the caveat that I'm not in the business and may or may not be in the same country as you,
1. The ones I've interacted with seemed entirely willing to work with women and considered domming a fairly standard request.
2. They can probably help you avoid getting in legal trouble.
3. If you trust other women to make choices about what's best for themselves, then no, I don't think having a one-time or ongoing business relationship with a sex worker is "morally wrong."

1. Yes.
2. There's lots of place where this is 100% legal, if it's not legal where you live go to somewhere where it is.
3. Definitely not, unless you're the kind of person who thinks all sex work is morally wrong and exploitative.
