I appreciate it. As you said, that’s been my time-honored tactic.

I will give their comment more thought. Maybe even if lots of other commenters defaults to personal insults, it’s still better to keep my voice out of it. If I want them to stop responding, even if they never will, maybe I should abide by that anyway.
