Ah, but you totally would have gotten sick of "I Don't Want to Wait" by Paula Cole and some of the grandiloquent monologues would have made roll your eyes just about out of your head. I liked it, but sometimes, oh man.

I never want to hear "I Don't Want To Wait" again as long as I live. I used to work with a woman who played that damn song all the time and I used to mess with her radio when she wasn't paying attention.

The last few minutes of Grange Hill were on before Doctor Who (reruns) and I immediately hated the show because WHY wasn't Doctor Who on yet??? Even today I have an automatic "Ugh" at the mention of Grange Hill!

Haha I can just imagine adorable frustrated younger you and your grudge against this show.

I was about 14 or 15 when Dawson's Creek came out and I watched the first few seasons. Because this was the dark ages however, if I wasn't at home when it was on, I would have to get the plot from one of my friends at school.
There was a deep divide among the girls at my school between Dawson or Pacey. I (at that time an undiagnosed homosexual) decided that the whole show was stupid because the girl I had a crush (who I would spend the next year or two confusingly making out with in absolute shameful secrecy) loooooved Dawson and went on about him so much.

Boy I do not miss being sixteen at all.
