I didn't get to do any needlefelting today because SOMEONE hit and run a light pole so we didn't have power for like 6 hours. And since it is 100+ degrees outside, mostly been lying in bed in underwear trying not to sweat to death. I hope they find that person.

Ugh, I’m sorry, that sounds awful. At temperatures like that I just want to give up on everything, even with a working fan. I would absolutely be cursing whoever that was.

I’m actually going to try needlefelting for the first time next weekend at a local workshop. Looking forward to it and willing myself to be patient and careful and not accidentally stab my fingers.

I got a little kit to try out. It is a capybara!

Oh that sucks. We didn't lose power, but our AC died yesterday when it was in the triple digits. It was miserable. Thankfully it got fixed today so we did not sweat to death.

Blech, that sucks. We had our AC break a few years ago and it was awful. The whole thing had to be replaced.
