How much do you sweat?
(Anonymous) 2025-07-27 09:58 pm (UTC)(link)It's obviously better in the winter, but I still usually have to change my shirt as soon as I get home, because the armpits are completely wet.
Is this normal? Is it related to weight gain?

(Anonymous) 2025-07-28 06:37 am (UTC)(link)I get warm/sweaty in my sleep much more since I hit my late 30s, so even with A/C on (or during colder months I need a fan blowing directly toward my body to feel cool enough to sleep through the night.
A tip I got recently with being stinky is to use Panoxyl under your armpits (and for me under my boobs and between my thighs) when showering). It helps kill off bacteria that feeds off sweat that causes BO. It doesn't stop sweating but it does help keep BO stench from getting too strong.
