I am at my sister's house. It is get birthday and we are watching Summer Slam at well. Other than that, we might visit Costco and other shopping. 😄

I hate when acquaintances and casual fandom friends push their streams and channels on me. I understand they're trying to make this a career but I don't owe them hours of my time any more than they owe me a purchase if I opened a store. If the content isn't interesting on its own merits they're not going to get far anyway...

Working, which is all good. Overnights, so I still have most of my days for doing whatever, and it's gotten delightfully cool here - AC is OFF!

It's looking like we're going to have to put our cat, Perseus, down tomorrow. He's two years into kidney failure, and in the last week he's literally lost half his weight. Testing suggests cancer. He's 17, so we're thinking we should just let him sleep.

I'm so sorry. My sister recently had to put her dog down so I know how awful it can be. It is always hard.

My main hobby group has a strict rule against this sort of thing. It’s funny watching them get all upset about it and even funnier when active participants are allowed to link things. Active members know what will fly and what will sink. It’s the no effort “like and subscribe” drive bys that get deleted or trolled.

I'm so sorry.
In the last year I've lost two cats to cancer. It absolutely sucks, but knowing they're free from pain and that they had the best life you could give them is a small comfort.
