99% of the ones I see give them the icky vaginas and no dicks. It's basically het fic but they use masculine pronouns to claim it's M/M.

Yeah, like I almost ALwAYS see them with vaginas now (thank god). It is a lot harder to avoid writers who feminize the omega character. In two fandoms where there's been at least some omegaverse fic for an OTP, I keep getting excited about seeing a canon tough guy omega and I keep getting let down by the writing.

The best omegaverse fic is written by trans guys, I don't trust everyone else to understand that a man can have a uterus and a vagina and emotions and still fundamentally be a man. Seen too many fics completely erase a guy's canon personality.
