I'm not actually surprised the main ship in this fandom is incest considering 95% of the named characters with speaking roles are all from the same family.

I was gonna say. Like, I've been in more than one fandom where there ARE multiple potentially compelling relationships between people of any gender who aren't related and an incest ship is still a juggernaut, so the fact that Encanto of all things has a popular incest ship doesn't exactly shock me.
