I'm not into any pairing for this movie but, yeah any ships that are going to exist for it will be incest because those are the main characters.

Also you made me go look on Ao3 out of curiosity and there seems to be a lot of wife/husband fic in the fandom too(2847 for Augustin/Julieta and 2477 for Felix/Pepa), though a quick look won't tell me how much of that is focused on those couples as ships.

also was curious about it because I usually learn about fandoms popular ships at first through AO3 tags in the Relationships section, and incest ships are not the most popular in Encanto AO3 tag by far, even if we suggest all the het ships were tagged in these too. it's like 2k het ship/gen fics vs 800~ fics of incest ship?
I wonder if OP's just stuck in the Encanto fandom incest circles by accident.
