Well /I/ think the Sims should add abortions.

In sims 1, can move_objects on delete cradle, in Sims 2 boolprop cheats to end pregnancy or various modded objects e.g. sim blender, Sims 3 nraas mods to cancel pregnancy and in Sims 4 I've no idea - game is too boring for me and haven't played it in 5-ish years but I did see a user mod called realistic birth so I'm guessing abortion is part of that.
