Saw my spine doctor today. Looks like I now have occipital neuropathy, so need another procedure done. Just tired of the pain.

In the past two weeks I have't to work at least an extra hour 4 days. We're getting told our department is finally making enough money, but we're so overwhelmed that we can't sustain this level. It is not cool, and I'm worried about my paralegals too.
