That's annoying. But I'm not surprised... a lot of independent business owners fail to have a decent website or online presence and that seems nuts in this day and age. I've seen restaurant websites that don't list hours, or the menu. Like, what's the point of having a website, then? If there's online ordering, it's not unreasonable to expect the damn thing to work properly.

Apparently, that's very unreasonable. It seems that I am an illogical person who doesn't want solitions, and that I should stick to McDonald's. /s

I guess people here feel some sort of outsized obligation to support small businesses, regardless of the quality of their services.
