hope you don't think this is a cop out answer but it 100% depends on my mood and where I am (and if I'm eating and if so, what I'm eating. I'm really interested in pairings.)

I don't drink now, but when I did, I was simple and easy. Spiced rum and coke was great. That's mostly what I did at home. When out, I'd get something sweet and/or minty.

Honestly, I mostly hate wine unless it is desert wine. I'm just not a fan of bitter things.

2 ounces of Tito's mixed with a powdered flavor water add in (enjoying the Welch's ones right now), and sugar free sprite to feel out the rest of my yeti. I'm simple when it comes to a drink I have to make myself.

I love when I randomly throw together things and it turns out delicious and then I find out it is already a recipe for a named drink!

whiskey neat for just alcohol
for cocktail it's something called a ghostbuster - it's a double whiskey shot in cola, in half-full oversized mug into which you drop a b-52 shooter (glass and all so it's fully submerged; irish cream + coffee liqueur + orange liqueur), slam lightly to make ingredients react by foaming up then (optionally/optimally shout ghostbusters and) guzzle - best dessert type drink I've ever had (recommend removing shooter glass before it can knock against your front teeth, lol)

I like all kinds of drinks! IPAs, various wines from cotes du rhone to basic bitch chardonnay, neat, peaty single malt scotch, gin and tonics, whiskey sours. I don't drink a ton, but I drink a different thing on any given Saturday.

I don't drink any more, but when I did my drug of choice was always red wine.
white wine disgusts me and beer gives me an headache (recently discovered I'm gluten and/or yeast intolerant so that may be why). I did tolerate vodka and rum pretty well, but I did not like mixing them with other stuff like juices and drinking them straight was not very wise as a petite woman (I drank a lot, not only a glass).

I'm almost a year sober. I even went to some AA meetings but I don't understand the steps system and the same people talked too much on every meeting so I stopped going.
My health isn't good enough for drinking and my mental system degrades too much from alcohol.
