Cybersix secret!!!!!
I also agree with this so much. The comics were just too edgy for me, but I also found myself wishing the cartoon could be a bit less soft. I did prefer the show overall though.

I always thought cybersix was a strange as fuck fever dream I had as a kid, I was shocked when I found out it was real because of a radioshow of all things. Love the secret, definitely need to give it both a watch and read one of these days!

I'm almost halfway through reading the comics, and they're kind of frustrating because they're so good and i love the artwork and Cyber's characterization, but all the good stuff gets bogged down by such random obnoxious edginess happening every other page. Not to mention certain character design choices. I'm not exactly sensitive or anything (i wouldn't still be reading otherwise), but it gets a little tiresome even for me. It's a great story but i have no idea who i can recommend the comics to.

I've actually thought the same thing as the secret, hoping that someday there would be an adaptation that's sort of a midpoint between the cartoon and comics, but that's a pipe dream.
