IDK. That's the kind of design element that doesn't seem like it'd work well in real life. When I flush a toilet, I want to get out of the stall ASAP. I don't want to linger, straddling it while I try to wash my hands in a tiny sink. Also, I hear that using soap means your toilet's inner workings deteriorate very quickly because the handwashing water goes into the tank for the next flush.
