That's Chris O'Donnell, you might know him from NCIS: Los Angeles or as Robin in Batman Forever/Batman & Robin. Peter Krause was on the original 9-1-1 show (up until the most recent season that ended in May). Rob Lowe was in the first spinoff, 9-1-1: Lone Star, which ended in February. This is a promo pic from a second spinoff, 9-1-1: Nashville, which premieres in October. O'Donnell does look something like Krause's Bobby Nash in it, though, and I think that might be deliberate.

Holy shit I never would have recognized him! I honestly don't know if I've seen him since playing Robin, so it's been awhile for me.

Wow, I did not recognize him at all, but now I see it. (In my head he’s still baby-faced D’Artagnan from that Three Musketeers in the 90s.)

I had no idea there were multiple spin-offs. There’s definitely a facial similarity to Krause and O’Donnell and even sort of Rob Lowe, now that you mention him.
