Haha, nope. It looks fake, right? I thought it was a wig and that he was going to whip it off and everyone would laugh but... no, he was serious and that's how his hair looked for the entire episode.

I still haven’t gone back to watch earlier GBM. When Michael O’Hare shows up as a veteran chef later, he’s got much less bizarre blond hair.
