Got myself a refurbished phone. Several people I know have one and had no issues but I just had to get a simlocked one despite it definitely being sold as unlocked. Now I have to go through the whole customer service hassle and hopefully just get it replaced...

That sucks. Are you going through the sellers or the phone service? Not that I know what I'm talking about, of course. But I'm always afraid to buy used phones for this exact reason.

Sellers. It's Backmarket, so a pretty big company but they have resellers they partner with so I hope it's not going to be too complicated. The phone service doesn't even exist in my country(nor continent, really) so I couldn't go through them even if I wanted to.
