When *I* look at that picture I feel like her smile is only in her mouth and not reaching her eyes... but that could just be fatigue from a lot of meet-and-greets/interviews/etc.

That looks like a typical Fixed Promotional SmileTM to me. When someone is too tired/frustrated/whatever to put their back into acting like they're feeling it, but smiles for the cameras anyway because they don't want to come off as grouchy/sad/brooding or anything that makes it seem like they aren't grateful to be there.
