It would be, but that's not actually what I said. You seem very determined to paint everyone who expresses reasonable caution backed up by real statistics as "sad".

Sounds a lot like the people who complained about COVID lockdown preventing people from living a happy life by, you know, handwashing and keeping social distance.

It's not sad to be cautious and wary. It's sad to die just because you felt like it was unfair to be aware of risks and danger.
