I have seen such varied reviews of this book. Half the people seem to love it and the world and half the people say it's trash. I have it on my TBR and I'm interested to see where I'll land. Though tbh it's pretty far down on my TBR pile so who knows if/when I'll get to it.

From what I'm seeing people say, the geoblocking is technically on imgur's end, but they had no real choice because the OSA would have required them to get a copy of everyone's IRL ID or something otherwise due to the # of users they have. Also it's not like an image sharing site can check your ID when the images are embedded in third party places

It's still ultimately on my stupid government that wants to treat us all like babies or force us to put our gov ID's into third-party programs, at a certain point we're going to have to input ID's into every fucking site. /sigh
