I feel like when Critical Role has guests on or a special episode it really highlights how naturally gifted the main cast is at roleplaying and improv and how tight they are as friends.

So many of the guests are just so awkward to watch. Or they’re just on a different wavelength than the main cast and it shows. And is awkward to watch.

I haven't watched it yet but I've read that they did a bit of zero sessions together to get vibes down. Hopefully thay helps.

I was thinking about this concept as I watched their latest "TGIT" 90s special.

Because they're guests and the main cast are friends maybe?

I think that's the point of the secret?
