Re: It's time to stop watching streamers

Dreams are random, most times just random shit put together. Could there be underlying issues or feelings you have that affected the dream? Maybe.
But also maybe not.

I developed crushes on random male celebrities due to random dating/sex dreams. They tend to go away but there was always a couple months where I would think of said celeb fondly as if I'd just found a new crush.

It's definitely parasocial, but the fact you feel bad about it, I think it's clear you aren't wanting to find another partner. And maybe the parasocial crush on the streamer might be a thing? But again, just as likely not to be a thing.
You had a dream and it felt real. It can simply be just that. Allow yourself to feel your feelings and process your thoughts.
But keep in mind, dreams are random and often don't have as much meaning as our conscious selves may believe.
