I haven't yet been able to watch Andor. I've watched some scenes on Youtube, especially Mon Mothma's senate speech. It was amazing. But the show just looks so depressing, and I'm not mentally ready for that right now. I wish I was because I want to watch.

Yeah, this is one of those shows I think I'll have to be in the right mood for. I'm also putting it off at the moment.

This was my comment in one of those make a secret threads. Thanks so much, secret maker, this looks amazing. Way, way more pretty than if I'd made it.

This show is just too close to home for me. I don't think I ever going to be in the mood for it

exactly my mood about season 2. my irl situation got much worse since back when I watched s1, so while I deeply love s1 and think it's one of the best TV shows period, not just the best SW TV show, I am still not prepared for s2. it's now too close to home, considering the rise of nazis allover the world, and I am barely holding on as is, can't spare time to feel depressed over fiction too.

There's definitely a lot of "hits too close" in the show, but my favorite part by far was seeing all the little ways in which evil fails. The small rebellions all over that contributed to the eventual success were wonderful.

I feel the exact same way, OP...but I haven't even watched any bits of it
