Or there can be ways for creators to share their work to be used for AI and be paid for it?

Sure. That happens so much. Look at all these artists clamoring to be noticed by AI datasets. Look at all this money that AI charges to be able to pay their artists.

No it isn't happening right now and I didn't say it was. My point was rather than banning it outright, we could set up laws and regulations and require the AI people to pay creators.
