Mongolian, but it's heavy winter food. Korean (there isn't a lot of difference between North and South in cuisine in my experience), also we have our own take on the theme because historical reasons. Vietnamese, I actually prefer it to Thai even though I had traumatic experience with their herring. Indian.
I love guacamole, but all kinds of American food are too expensive and rare here.
