I'm not hugely into omegaverse but I did kind of like the idea that you could be male or female and then not know if you were going to be an alpha/beta/omega until puberty. If it's just two regular old genders assigned at birth anyway, I don't really see the point. Like the het alpha/omega stories where the male character is always the alpha and the female character the omega.

Fanart and fic making the fanon bottom a super small itty bitty guy when in canon he's the same height and build as the other guy. Like I'm all for a size difference when there actually is one, but I highly dislike made-up ones.

1) Labeling adult characters "child coded" because they're short or naive or something and then calling it "pedophilia" when anyone ships the character with another adult character who is only 1.5 years older than them. Not talking about loli shit either but actual grown ass adult characters in grown ass adult bodies.

2) Labeling characters as "autistic" if they're even the slightest bit quirky. By fandom's definition, literally every human being on the planet must have autism.

3) Drawing every male character known to God in a maid costume. Not a serious gripe but this has been going on for 25+ years and guys, please. I am tired. Find a new costume. Same goes for wedding dresses.

Calling videos "fancams". Then again, stuff I see is often short so maybe not counting as a proper fanvid, but I miss those. And without the dialogue/sounds from the original material, let the music do the work!

I have seen some FANTASTIC fanvids on Tiktok. There's one Star Wars creator that's SO good but I can't remember their username right now. They have a Youtube, too, but I think they post the fanvids to Tiktok first.

I do dislike the Tiktok fanvids that just use "scene packs" over and over again instead of actual editing, though. It's not an EDIT if you just use someone else's "scene pack". (Also, I dislike the whole idea of scene packs. If you're just gonna swipe a low-quality gif from Instagram instead of editing the actual movie and curating a video, I don't really think you can call it a fanvid or an edit. You didn't DO anything!)

I had a brief... not exactly argument, but tense conversation with a male relative who is not a terrible person but has a lot of really outdated, sexist ideas that he absolutely does not think are outdated and sexist. This includes suggesting that women should be all sweet and subtle to convince their male partners to make better decisions, and implying that women who get upset at their male partners are being affected by their hormones.

It makes me want to punch him in the throat. He doesn't mean to be an asshole, but "good" guys who love their wives, girlfriends and daughters and still think this way and don't realize this makes them an asshole are a big part of the problem.

Anon who had complaints about noise in her paper thin walls ass building here. So apparently there is someone making noise and they keep insisting it's me and now are threatening to call the POLICE lmfao omfg I hate to exist :) I kind of started believing there is someone making noise on purpose or it's an attempt at gaslighting so I have to move away and it hurts because I have been here for a year and the home is ALMOST whimsically furnished now (it was so hard to buy n diy everything unemployed) and maybe I will have to move again fml? where to lol idk either.

My migraines are triggered by strong smells. So who has a father who never cared about comforts and health of his family? (But is soooooo kind and generous to his friends). This anon.
I can't afford to move out. One room flat there I live costs around 70% of my salary. Also parent's flat belongs to me too, so all taxes and so on are on me. That would be 90% of my salary.

Anon who had to kick out roommates here. I hate those fucking fucks and it only grows as I'm cleaning out the last of their shit they left in a closet. It's 9 months after I paid for movers to clear all of their shit into a truck and 10 months after they stopped talking to me and 11 months after they moved out and 15 months after I said they had to move out.

Here's the vent: I made the mistake of looking in one of the boxes and it's a fucking photo album. Fuck fucking fuck. I've reached out to a friend we had in common to hand it over to him so that it might get to one of them. I'm not looking in any of the other boxes. Straight to the fucking trash. If handing over these fucking baby pictures draws her attention again I will fucking smash something I cannot take another round of this stupid crazy shit.
