I know these books have issues. But I still love them. And I still hope that someday we get an adaption of the first three books.

I have fond memories of the Harper Hall trilogy, but never read the whole series. It's one of those series I keep meaning to reread just to see how bad it is by adult/modern standards, though.

I'd love a movie of just one.

Anne McCaffrey was a good writer, bless her pointed little head. I really enjoyed these books as a teen, I wonder what it would be like to go back and read them again. Robinton was my favorite character and anything associated with the Harpers absolutely owned.

If dragons are involved, I'm probably happy. These books are just okay to me, but I'd be happy to see more dragons on screen.

It'd be cool, yeah, but would probably take a bit of work to make certain aspects more palatable to modern audiences (then again, with the conservative swing things are taking lately...). I'd be interested in seeing a movie or tv show, at any rate.

I'm with you, OP. As long as they removed the noncon aspect ofc.

I'd also be WAY into a film version of Martha Wells' Cloud Roads.
