Something seemed off about the interview between Ned and Ariel. I don't know. It just felt disingenuous to me, and if someday it comes out that there's something else going on with this situation, I won't be surprised. (Or maybe it's just my autism making it difficult to parse their emotions, body language, etc.)

This is going to sound snarky, but it's not meant as snarky...

I apologize in advance, I just don't know how to get it through with text.

You really couldn't parse that moment when she says "You gave me pain that I have to carry now" and he's like "I'm sorry society put you in that position" and she gives him the most deadpanned yet astonished deathstare?

Or when he says he just then realized he was hurting her in a certain moment and she says "You just realized then?" and he walks it back and babbles about compartmentalizing and there's like 10 seconds of silence before she says "...interesting."

Also the fact he rebranded their shared youtube/podcast account for this bullshit and his new thing is to... try stuff! Alone.
