My sister used it for weight loss back in the day. it helped for a while but then her body got like...immune to it? My BIL uses it for diabetes and he's lost some weight but that could also be diet changes.

I’ve heard of people becoming immune to it! I think usually docs will then try Wegovy but I confess I am not as educated about all of this as I should be.
