My best friend has been on zepbound (sp?) for over a year now and the only real issues she's had were fighting with the insurance company that refused to cover it anymore and forced her onto a different type that absolutely Did Not Work for her (lots of nausea, and she was already on anti-nausea meds for other things). She had a few stressful months of appeal-appeal-appeal-appeal until they gave in and covered it for her again.
