The thing is, you’re really missing the points that her success is due to the extreme wealth she was born into and the hundreds of millions devoted to promoting her. No, no one else has those circumstances. And none have the name recognition she does. Walk into a nursing home and ask any resident who Taylor Swift is and the majority will know. Ask them about Mark Robson and Jack Harlow and you’re going to get a lot of blank stares. Her early life, her early career, her adult life, and her pop career are not in any way comparable to anyone else’s. She could and did have whatever she wanted. This was planned before she was even born. She didn’t grow up wealthy; she was born into the kind of money that only a few dozen people in America had at the time. From your original list, only Steve Aoki came from that kind of money. And his father didn’t pour a shitload of money into his kids, he used all of it for shady investing to the point of ruin before safeguarding it in a trust that was handed to his kids. That situation alone would lead to financial uncertainty and Taylor Swift has just never had to deal with that. She was born to never do without her every whim and there’s no comparison to be drawn between her and your list.
