Kidney stone OP here - I was throwing up constantly and couldn't even stand up the pain was so bad. It was the most intense pain I have ever felt! And morphine at the ER barely touched it. I am so anxious about the possibility of that pain coming back.

Man, they only gave me ibuprofen for my pain! It was awful. Had to call for something with codeine in it.

I eventually for some tylenol codeine because I was vomiting all over the place, couldn't eat or drink, or function because of the pain. But they only gave me two days worth and that thing took way too long to pass. That is why I started cutting out soda and tea.

That is insane! I cannot imagine going through it without anything stronger.

That's why I spent three days laying on my floor. For some reason my body thought it felt better on a hard surface. I was able to talk them into giving me some tylenol codeine. They only gave me like 8. I think because I was 18 and at college so didn't have a "real adult" or something.

Ugh, yes, I get that. Try to have someone with you after recovery who can help to advocate for you if the pain is that bad again.
