I accidentally sent a medical record an injured worker due to a misunderstanding of words with the consultant in charge of their claim. We’re only meant to send them to their regular doctor but because the IW had no regular doctor I asked if I was meant to send it to them.

The consultant took the fall for me because she was the one who instructed me, but I still feel god awful due to my anxiety. Luckily no legal action was taken…
