I have ADHD too, no meds. RSD fucks me up often. It threw me off, but I made myself adjust by having a reminder that "hey, the future secrets post is separate now" if I wanna see future secrets. You aren't helpless, you have to calibrate your routine if things change.

What is RSD?

I like your attitude towards life btw. Fellow non-medicated ADHDer here who has had to calibrate and figure out a lot in life.

Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria. It's often associated with ADHDers to have heightened emotional responses when things hurt or don't go our way. It's manageable with self control and incorporating some DBT-adjacent mindfulness.

Oh damn. I definitely (probably) have that. I noticed it about myself in my 20s, I'd get irrationally upset and it would ruin my whole day if someone told me no/rejected me or my ideas, even if intellectually I knew it was justified or reasonable. I've slowly been working on it since and I'm not nearly so 'sensitive' but it is still something I have to be mindful about. Had no idea it was an actual named thing!
