Unlike Wattpad? Fanfiction net? AO3 doesn't censor and provides tools to curate your own experience. Don't shit on it.

All sites let you curate your experience in some way, that one is just personal preference. As for censorship, it's never been intrusive for me. I know people like to scream it to the heavens, but it has never censored a single one of my fics.

If you are talking about scriptfic or songfic being against the ToS, then I don't have a problem. Those are godawful things anyway.
